All sales are final.

Every piece in our boutique collection is made to order especially for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not provide return shipping labels.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Please note that slight color variation between your screen and the printed piece is normal and is not considered a defect.
