Every Jerusalem Stone piece is custom-made to order, so all sales are final — except when something’s wrong on our end.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you in full — your choice.

We can’t accept returns for change of mind, since each piece is printed individually for you. Colors may vary slightly from screen to print; that’s normal and isn’t covered.
